What It Does

Pink Analytica works at the intersection of commercial pricing, profitability, financial platforms, and AI. The focus is the practical work of understanding the financial logic, translating it into technology, and making sure the implementation works. Three places that show up:

Commercial Lending Pricing & Profitability

Pricing model assessment, RAROC and profitability analysis, deal economics, risk-based pricing, and the financial and mathematical logic behind commercial pricing and profitability platforms — reviewed, validated, or built from scratch.

Financial Platform Implementation

Translating financial models and pricing rules into system behavior — defining calculation logic, prototyping and validating the math, then the business requirements, vendor coordination, and UAT that carry it through release.

AI‑Enabled Financial Workflows

AI agents and internal financial knowledge assistants built on problems already understood deeply — prototypes that go somewhere, not demos that stay demos.

The vocabulary, for anyone checking it's actually spoken here:

Featured Work

A working system, built end to end with financial modeling, Python, APIs, and AI agents, including Claude.

Flagship project

Commercial Lending RAROC Engine

A working model of how a bank actually prices a commercial loan — not a demo of AI, a demonstration of the financial logic itself. A full risk-adjusted pricing engine for a simulated commercial loan portfolio: 7,020 accounts across 500 relationships, calculating RAROC, expected loss, and capital under Basel III, then solving for the right deal spread. A Claude-powered copilot answers pricing questions grounded in the bank's own policy documents.

Why Pink Analytica

Deep banking domain expertise, financial modeling, technology implementation, and AI — remove any one piece, and it's a different, more common kind of practice.

The banking problems were already understood, deeply, long before AI entered the picture. What changed is the tool: using AI, Python, and agents to accelerate the same translation and implementation work. That is not a pivot into AI consulting. It's the same translation work, on a faster set of tools.

In practice that means the unglamorous work: implementing systems, making business rules work in technology, fixing workflows, working with vendors, validating calculations, getting people to actually use new systems, modernizing legacy technology, and embedding AI into real processes.

About

Keti Bakiri

The work was understanding the financial calculations and pricing logic behind a commercial lending pricing and profitability platform in detail — translating that logic into system behavior, building and validating prototypes, and working directly with engineering and vendor teams to make sure what shipped actually worked.

That meant working with origination and servicing systems, understanding how the calculations flowed through the broader banking ecosystem, defining functional requirements and workflows for engineering, testing and validating releases, and explaining complex financial results to leadership — inside an agile environment, with real responsibility for whether the implementation worked, not just whether it was reported on.

That same instinct — translate the math, specify the system, verify it works — is now applied to AI. Formal training in mathematics and business analytics, and an in-progress IBM AI Engineering Professional Certificate, support work built on a long career in financial services.

What drives it: a belief in doing good work, and in building relationships people can actually trust.

Work with Pink Analytica

Say what's actually going on — a pricing model that doesn't hold up, a platform that needs building, a financial workflow that still runs on spreadsheets and hope. Pink Analytica reads it straight, answers honestly, and genuinely likes solving the kind of problem most people dread.

Keti is open to select consulting engagements and senior financial technology opportunities.
